Place ingredients in glass or mug and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Ngredients:

4 oz. The angry orchard bore crisp apples

1.5 ounces. Brown butter bourbon *

0.5 ounces. Cinnamon syrup

0.25 ounces. Lemon juice

Route:

Add all the ingredients to the pan and heat until warm. Don’t boil it. When heated, add the glass and garnish with ground nutmeg.

** warm the pan at medium heat. Add 1 stick of butter and melt. Cook until slightly yellow. Pour 750 ml bourbon into a quart-sized container. Add the coke oil to the whisky. Cover the mixture and keep in the fridge overnight or until the butter is separated and hardened. The mixture is filtered through a fine filter. Return the original bottle and store in the refrigerator.

Bring 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and 5 cinnamon sticks to a boil. Allow to stew for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Remove the cinnamon stick with a slotted spoon.

1 orange peel, clean the white pulp

2 ounces. Compact disc fresh ginger root

1 TBSP. Jamaica sweet fruit

1 cup preserved pumpkin

Three oregano stems and four to five medium sized sage leaves

·2 tablespoons dark brown sugar (optional: 2 tablespoons more if sweet)

Route:

Put all the ingredients in a medium sized pan. Heat over medium heat for 20 minutes, reduce low heat, simmer for 4 hours, and remove bouquet garnish after less than an hour.
